We're looking for a hands‑on Salesforce Technical Architect for a short‑term contract kicking off immediately . What You'll Be Doing Designing and delivering technical solutions for medium-large enterprise clients, from pre‑sales through to implementation. Owning the technical engagement end‑to‑end — data, integration, identity, governance. Working directly with PMs, Delivery Leads, Solution Architects and senior client stakeholders. Leading workshops, shaping requirements and producing high‑quality Solution Design Documents. Presenting and defending your architecture to executives and steering groups. Acting as technical lead, mentoring team members and setting best‑practice standards. Providing accurate estimations and ensuring delivery stays on track. About You You're adaptable, organised and thrive in fast‑moving environments. You're curious, collaborative and known for translating complexity into clarity. You enjoy partnering with teams, challenging assumptions and guiding clients toward the right outcomes. What You Bring Extensive hands‑on Salesforce Technical Architecture experience across complex programs. Strong background in CRM or enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Siebel, Pega, Dynamics 365, etc.). Proven ability to turn technical requirements into scalable, elegant solutions. Deep knowledge of integrations, DevOps, security, data modelling and cloud patterns. Excellent communication skills, especially with exec‑level audiences. Consulting experience and comfort working in hybrid/agile delivery models. Ability to mentor, influence and foster a high‑performing team culture. Bonus Points Degree in Computer Science or similar. Experience with SaaS/PaaS platforms and modern cloud architectures. Strong understanding of relational databases, web technologies and mobile/web development. Active involvement in Salesforce community groups or industry events.
